• Noise level is acceptable.

• Sufficient number of restrooms at the facility.
企业内有足够数量的洗手间。
• Restrooms are clean and properly stocked with supplies.
企业内厕所干净，并适当配备相关用品。
• Sufficient potable drinking water is available at the facility with testing periodically.
企业有提供足够的饮用水，并定期检测。
• Sanitary facilities for food preparation and storage are provided.
提供食品准备和保存的卫生设备。
• There are special programs/ measures for pregnant women (e.g. non-hazardous or lighter work, extended breaks, etc).
• There is a responsible person for facility's emergency preparedness and response programs, who can explain the facility's emergency preparedness and response programs as well as their own responsibilities.
